Modular Panels
If you look at a panel, it is basically a three-dimensional cabinet structure made of a material that can withstand the requirements of housing electrical components and protect the components from external elements (indoor/outdoor or industrial).
A three-dimensional structure would be of a certain Length x Height x Depth. In turn, if this resulting cube structure can be stacked, you can then build varied panel sizes. This is a concept made famous by IKEA* furniture and we use the same concept to build TYPE TESTED components that you can use to assemble panels.
Concept
Step 1 - The basic building blocks: standard L x H x D bars with the corresponding connectors (Domino System)
Step 2 - Mass production of components lead to lower cost
Step 3 - Design based on project requirements
Add doors, drawers for easy pull-out access to components, casters, locks/keys, and numerous accessories and a complete panel is assembled within days instead of months. And since all components were Type Tested, the complete panels inherit the Type Tested certification.
LKE's modular panel system may be similar to several products in the market but the difference is that the components are designed, tested, and manufactured by LKE plants and certified suppliers. LKE's modular panels are not affiliated and may NOT be compatible with components manufactured by other companies. Please do not mix LKE's modular components with those from other manufacturers.
* Modular panels are not affiliated or endorsed by the IKEA company. IKEA is a registered trademark and has no affiliation with LKE. The mention of IKEA on this site is just to explain a concept.
